ON WHY SHE WAS MOTIVATED TO SWITCH FROM HELPING WOMEN GET PHYSICALLY FIT TO ALSO HELPING THEM WITH THEIR MINDSET

After providing her clients with everything they needed to get their bodies in shape, Lashawn realized that there was still something that prevented them from actually putting in the work towards their goals. She realized that it all started with the mind.

HER ADVICE ON PUSHING PAST EXCUSES AND BECOMING MORE DISCIPLINED AND FOCUSED

Lashawn suggests getting real and asking yourself, “What season of life am I in?” Knowing what season you’re in helps you to get clear on what needs to take priority in your life.
